Privacy Notice
Last updated: October 24, 2026
Southminster Live is a trade name of Southminster Media LLC, a South Carolina company ("we", "us"). This notice explains what information this website handles and what we do with it.
What we collect. This website has no forms, accounts, or tracking. If you email us, we receive what you send: your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your event. We use it only to reply, quote, and plan your event.
What we don't do. We don't sell or rent your information. We don't use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this site.
Services that see your visit. Like any website, ours relies on a few providers to load:
- Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. It processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and block attacks, and may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
These providers handle that data under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it. Emails stay in our inbox for as long as we need them to serve you and keep business records, then we delete them.
Your choices. You can ask what we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@southminster.media. We'll answer within 30 days.
Children. This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Our internal Google tool ("Clara mail"). We run a private assistant tool for our own work. It connects only to Google accounts that belong to us, and only after the account owner signs in and approves it. It is not offered to the public, and it does not access anyone else's Google account.
- With that approval, it reads, labels and organizes email, writes drafts, and reads and edits files and spreadsheets in those accounts, so we can keep our inbox, records and books in order.
- The data stays on our own computers and in our own Google accounts. We don't sell it, share it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
- Sign-in keys are stored on our own computer. Removing the tool's access atmyaccount.google.com/permissions stops it at once.
- Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes. If this notice changes, we'll update the date above.
